Comment: We wanted a property that would meet our needs as we grew older, that would be close to amenities, and provide adequate accommodation on the ground floor, to include a room to be used as a ground floor bedroom, and to have a ground floor shower-room. Bell Architects designed a ground floor shower-room, and advised on the bedroom with-in the confines of the house. Bell Architects employed and oversaw the builder who built the shower-room with a level-access shower following Bell Architects design. Bell Architects oversaw the work required to bring the house up to our agreed specification. Once we got possession we had a very tight timescale, which Bell Architects met. Their knowledge was excellent, they were experienced in all aspects of the work, they worked well with us and the builder, we considered the fee to be modest.
