This timber frame house was aligned to incorporate the magnificent views of the Causeway Coast and capture the passive solar gain from the South. In the design, we used a mix of traditional and contemporary materials, including modern technology in order to create an extremely sustainable house. The addition of cellulose pumped insulation and a bore-hole water supply, ensured the build was both efficient and ecologically designed.
The creation of an outhouse, providing extra accommodation above a garage, was a brilliant extra feature and adds immense value to the property.
