A restoration and extension of a traditional Malone brick villa. The house was significantly neglected and needing a serious intervention, which was undertaken by our clients, with a significant rear re-modelling and extension.
We helped our client to overcome the complex planning process of this build, due to the area’s conservation status. This stage can be relatively tricky to navigate, and so we enjoy helping our clients to gain a successful result for their project.
