With this gorgeous Georgian mansion in Limavady, we were delighted to help the McCausland family create a sustainable home and business which is now thriving. Keen to preserve Drenagh Estate for the future, the McCauslands asked us to assist with the existing house, including a children’s nursery. We also created tourist facilities and accommodation and were involved in agricultural management and in developing anaerobic digestion gas processing for the estate – one of the first in Northern Ireland.
Now also a popular location for weddings, with the walled garden a new go-to location for brides and grooms, we further resolved the licensing applications. This meant everything was in place to ensure that Drenagh Estate was fully functional.
