This build was for a family who wished to create a future-proofed home, with modern and sustainable living at the core of the design & architecture. This highly insulated house was designed to capture ambient natural light and brightness, yet nestling the build into the site, surrounded by existing forest.
The house is carefully planned to ensure family space is secure and safe in the rear of the build, with all rooms opening onto the rear garden. This design decision ensured that the house could enjoy the benefits of a south facing rear exposure, creating privacy and natural light.
